Why this policy exists
SleekUnifiedHQ's AI assistant is a separate feature built on generative AI. Before you use it for the first time, we ask you to agree to this policy so you understand what happens to what you type. Agreeing here is separate from agreeing to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which cover the rest of the product.
How the AI assistant works
When you send a message, SleekUnifiedHQ routes it through a multi-provider AI system that tries one of several AI providers (currently Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, Cerebras, and OpenAI) to generate a response, along with relevant workspace data needed to answer your question. We do not use a single fixed vendor — the system automatically selects an available provider for each request.
- Your messages and any workspace data included as context are sent to the selected AI provider to generate a response.
- We do not use your conversations to train or fine-tune any AI model — ours or a provider's.
- Where practical, names and other personal details are redacted from workspace data before it is sent to an AI provider, and rehydrated in the response shown to you.
- You can like, dislike, or otherwise give feedback on AI responses; we may use that feedback to improve the quality of the assistant.
- If you paste someone else's personal information into a message, please make sure you have the right to share it before doing so.
What we don't do
SleekUnifiedHQ's AI assistant does not access your microphone, camera, photos, or location. It is a text-based assistant answering questions about your workspace data — it does not control smart-home or IoT devices, and it does not take automated actions on your account without your explicit action.
Where your information is stored
Workspace data referenced by the AI assistant is stored in the same database as the rest of SleekUnifiedHQ — a managed Supabase Postgres instance hosted in the European Union. We do not store AI conversation transcripts beyond what is needed to generate the response you see; nothing sent to an AI provider is retained by SleekUnifiedHQ as a separate copy.
How we protect your information
We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging across SleekUnifiedHQ, including the AI assistant. No online service can guarantee absolute security; we recommend a unique password and keeping your account credentials confidential.
Your rights and choices
You can withdraw your AI Privacy Policy consent at any time from Settings in the app. Withdrawing consent stops you from using the AI assistant until you agree again; it does not affect the rest of SleekUnifiedHQ or delete data already processed under your earlier consent. To access, correct, or delete workspace data referenced by the assistant, use the relevant record in the app, or contact us at admin@sleekapplications.com.
Minors
SleekUnifiedHQ's AI assistant is intended for use by adults administering an organization's workspace. If you are a minor, you should only use it with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, consistent with our general Terms of Service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the AI assistant changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page, and where required by law we will ask you to agree again before continuing to use the assistant.
