Agreement and accounts
By creating an account or using SleekUnifiedHQ, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, be legally able to enter this agreement and protect your login credentials. Workspace administrators are responsible for invited users and permissions.
The service
SleekUnifiedHQ provides operational tools for business and church teams. Features may evolve as we improve the service. We aim to give reasonable notice when a material change significantly reduces paid functionality.
Your content
You retain ownership of content submitted to your workspace. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content solely to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to upload and use it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload malicious code, infringe another person’s rights or use it unlawfully. You must apply appropriate care to sensitive pastoral, financial and personal records.
Plans, billing and trials
Plan limits, trial periods, prices, taxes and renewal terms are presented before purchase. Paid access may renew until cancelled under the checkout terms. Contact Sales@sleekapplications.com with billing questions.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to non-payment or address a material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sleek Applications is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
